Sharing my enthusiasm for micro-farming, backyard chickens, raising bees, canning fruits and vegetables, baking bread, cooking from scratch, and enriching my life with the "country" arts!
Over the past few years, I've found myself becoming more drawn to "country living", including everything from growing and preserving food to building rainbarrels, to raising bees and chickens.
Now I'm approaching the next chapter, which is selling my farm-raised produce and goods from my relatively small half acre of land. I noticed people seemed interested in what I'm doing, and since I have a lot of enthusiasm for my investigations, I thought I'd share in a blog!
It's worth noting that I'm not a vegetarian, I'm not an activist, and I'm not following any Agenda or Larger Purpose. I'm just trying to add more to the world than I take away, and to live in better harmony with nature in an increasingly sterile world. If you're interested in some of these topics but find other sources of information too radical or agenda-laden...come hang out with me and my bees and chickens, we won't judge.
